Mr. Olsen has a professional background in automotive service, repair, and vehicle restoration. His extensive experience includes disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly of automotive systems and components, documentation of mechanical systems, investigation of mechanical failures and accident-related damage, and development of custom fixtures. He maintains EPA Section 608/609 air-conditioning certifications.
Mr. Olsen is proficient in welding, machining, and fabrication, and he has experience with a wide-range of machining tools. He is well-versed in electrical diagnosis and troubleshooting within automotive DC systems. As a racer, Mr. Olsen also has expertise in fiberglass and carbon-fiber lay-up for karting applications, kart-based data acquisition software, and chassis setup.
